4. Sharing and processors

We use service providers for hosting, database, storage, football data, payment processing and transactional email. They process data on our instructions and under appropriate safeguards.

Payment processing may be provided by Whop and transactional email by Resend. These providers receive the data needed to process a payment or deliver an email, such as name, email, amount, currency and payment reference.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer.

5. Retention and security

We keep data for as long as the account or profile is active and for the period needed to meet legal, security and audit obligations. Verification documents are retained only as long as needed for review and compliance.

We use access controls, encrypted sessions, database checks on every request and audit logging. No system is completely secure; report suspected issues immediately.

6. Your rights

To exercise a right, contact hello@playerfemale.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

  • Access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Request a copy of your data or complain to a supervisory authority.

7. Minors

Players under 18 require parent or guardian consent during onboarding. We limit the collection of minors' data to what is necessary for the football profile and safety review.
