Agency accounts can represent players only after completing legal onboarding and administrator verification.
1. Required information
- Legal company name, country, registered address and tax identifier where applicable.
- Federation or league licence number and expiry date.
- A clear copy of the licence document as PDF or image.
- A monitored business contact email, website and company description.
2. Ownership claims
If an agency profile already exists, an authorised representative may submit a claim with a proof link and/or supporting document. The claim is reviewed before ownership changes.
Approval transfers the agency profile to the claimant account. The previous owner is notified. Rejected claims leave the existing ownership unchanged.
3. Representation rules
- Do not add a player to your roster without their acceptance.
- Keep contracts, commissions and mandates accurate and lawful.
- Do not share player contact data outside the platform without consent.
4. Removal
We may revoke verification or remove an agency profile if the licence expires, documents are misleading or the agency breaches these rules. Contact hello@playerfemale.com to appeal.
