This page explains how PlayerFemale handles sensitive onboarding documents such as identity papers, licences, mandates and federation proof.
1. What we collect
- Identity documents submitted with a player claim.
- Agency licences and mandates.
- Club federation proof and registration documents.
- Review notes, reviewer identity and decision timestamps.
2. Access
Verification documents are intended for the account owner and authorised administrators only. They are never displayed on public profiles.
Public avatars, club logos and approved gallery media are separate from private verification documents.
3. Purpose and retention
Documents are used only to verify identity, ownership or authority. We retain them while the review is active and for the period needed to meet audit, fraud-prevention and legal obligations.
4. Security
We aim to keep private documents outside public static storage and behind authenticated access. Report any exposed document immediately to hello@playerfemale.com.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your documents, subject to legal retention requirements. Contact hello@playerfemale.com.
